Cathy McMorris Rodgers. Interior Secretary, US Representative Washington State's 5th District,During her time in the legislature, McMorris was known for defending timber and mining interests from what she described as "regulatory and tax burden,"When we look at Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers on the issues, we realized that McMorris voted with the Republican leadership most of the time.  She voted with her party 97% of the time in the 111th Congress while casting 1654 votes making her one of the most partisan members of congress.
